Harmony Pet Resort has over 8,000 square feet of
outdoor play space—and a massive, Climate-controlled
indoor play arena.

There’s no shortage of room to run, playground equipment to explore, swimming pools to splash in, and friends to be made. We have group and custom play options available!

Tasty Treats

We prepare yummy, wholesome treats right in our kitchen
and deliver them to your pet’s room, like room service!

Dogs love our rotation of flavors including BBQ, peanut butter, yogurt, mashed

Dog Boarding FAQ

What vaccinations does my dog need?

To keep our resort a safe and healthy place for dogs, we require vaccinations for rabies, distemper
combo, Bordetella (every 6 months), and canine influenza.

Harmony Pet Resort Vaccination Policy
Harmony Pet Resort maintains industry-best vaccination requirements to protect all our guests, and one of the ways we do this is by requiring all pets staying with us to have up-to-date vaccination records on file.  The required vaccinations for dogs include Rabies, Distemper/Lepto/Parvo, Bordetella (every 6 months), and Canine Influenza.  VACCINATION RECORDS MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO YOUR DOG’S STAY WITH US!  To ensure a hassle-free check-in, it helps to make sure we have the vaccination records well before the date of your check-in.  Please email your pet’s vaccine records at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival.
 
Your pet’s up-to-date and complete vaccination records must be received by us 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or reservation.  If not, your appointment or reservation will be cancelled.
 
Vaccinations should be given at least 5-7 days prior to visiting Harmony Pet Resort.
 
Please email your pet’s vaccination records to:  info@harmonypetresort.com with your dog’s name and “Vaccination Records” in the subject line.
 
Titres are accepted in lieu of vaccinations.
·         DHLPP:  Initial puppy shots required, Booster thereafter every one to three years.
·         Rabies:  At 16 weeks of age, thereafter, as required by law.
·         Bordetella:  Every 6 months or 24 hours prior to boarding.
·         Parainfluenza:  Usually given at 8, 12, and 16 weeks of age as part of the DA2PP schedule.
·         Canine Influenza Virus:  At least 3-4 weeks prior to boarding.  Canine Influenza is given yearly.
 
 
While vaccinations are very helpful in preventing the spread of infectious disease, they do not provide 100 percent protection.  Therefore, at Harmony Pet Resort we do our very best to ensure that our facility is as sanitary as possible.  We follow industry standard cleaning procedures and use a state-of-the-art HVAC system to ensure proper ventilation.  We also train our staff to be on the lookout for any signs of illness in any of the pets in our care.

Are reservations required?

In order to keep our facility one of the safest in the area, we depend on having the right level of staffing for the number of dogs every day. For this reason, we do require reservations for all of our services.

Can I tour the facility?

We’d love to show you our resort! Please call us to schedule your tour.

I have multiple dogs, can they stay together?

Doggie siblings are welcome to lodge together in our large accommodations. Give us a call to get your fur family’s stay started.

Can I bring my pet’s own food?

To keep your pet on the diet they’re accustomed to, we ask you please bring their usual food bagged and labeled per serving. We can also provide our house food at no extra charge.

Can I bring my pet’s toys?

We have more than enough fun, safe toys to go around, and we sanitize them regularly. Please leave your pet’s toys at home.

What about bedding?

All of our accommodations are outfitted with raised beds and soft, clean bedding. Please leave your pet’s bedding at home.

My pet takes medication. Can you administer medication to pets?

Yes, we’re able to administer many oral and topical medications for a small fee. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clearly written instructions. We also do offer a special TLC Package designed for older and special needs pets which includes unlimited medication administration.

Can you accommodate special needs pets?

Harmony Pet Resort can accommodate pets with many kinds of special needs. Please call us to discuss how we can accommodate your pet. We’ll consult with your pet’s veterinarian to determine if our resort is the best place for your pet to stay.

Do you require an activity package?

Yes. We believe activity and interaction are necessary for a happy and healthy stay. Since pets are not one-size-fits-all, each pet parent gets to customize a discounted activity package for their pet. All of our packages provide varying levels of activity, interaction, engagement, and routine for your pet to enjoy while they’re here. We want each pet to have the most fun while doing what they love!
